Continuing with the Belorussian theme, here's another great band called Dissent, and they even sing in English. Includes a cover of Minor Threat's Filler. It's good/bad solid H.C. Punk. Check it out.

Antiglobalizator

Even though I don't speak Belorussian (at least I assume), I really can't get enough of this band. Antiglobalizator, from Belarus, features both male anf female vocals, and they sound really pissed off. They also really rock hard. Unfortunately, these tracks download at a glacial speed (not to mention frequent time outs), which would probably discourage most people. (Check out the source Here.) Therefore, I'm going to offer it here. Spread the word.
