Six White Caps she purchased
And she knows just what she’s doing
Her lifeline shattered in pieces
And she’s going to be leaving soon

Chorus:
Six white horses are coming to take her away
From all of this
Six white horses are coming to take her away
From all of this

She froze in a corner
With here eyes staring wide
Tears on her cheeks still flowing
She must be crying still on the inside

Chorus

Just like the horses coming
Tears are roaring on her head
She takes note of their arrival
Specs of light in her vision

Chorus (x2)

Goodbye bitch!

Sitting on top of my water tower
In a pouring rain
Full moon out tonight
And I’m going insane

Chorus:
Howling at the moon
In the middle of night
Sure is fun
And makes the cops all uptight

Sitting on top of my water tower
With my wolf suit on
Cops are really annoyed now
Reaching for their guns

Chorus

Siting on down on the railroad track
In front of a speeding train
Headlights are getting bigger now
In the pouring rain

Chorus

Toward the speeding train
Down the middle of the tracks
Cops chasing me down
There’s no time to turn back

I’m running out of track
Towards the speeding train
Just 3 splats
In the pouring rain

Who do you wanna
take out with you?
Who ya gonna
take out with you? (x2)

The Wall (Take 2)

Track 9, recorded on a 2 track stereo in September 2000, of The Hippo Tumor Mixes features a solo effort by Cap't Lightning called The Wall (Take 2).

The Capt'n would like to convey this sincere hatred of academia, but that's not what this song is about. Give it a listen.

Track downloads may be found Here.

NAFTA AND GATT don’t you know
Fat cats own the WTO
It won’t be long until we’re all on the streets
Standing in line for something to eat

Chorus:

I’m at The Wall again
Back to The Wall
We’re at The Wall Again
At the The Wall
We’ve got our backs against the wall again
We’ve got our backs against the wall
We’ve got our backs against the wall again
We’ve got our backs against the wall

Find a job you’re qualified
Find out it’s just a waste of your time
go to the front go to the back of the line
I guess there’s no jobs to find

Chorus

We had better all stand as one
Fat cats got us under the gun
Brothers and sisters spread the alarm
We’re taking it back by force of arms

Chorus

Jihad Swing (Hammer Version)

Jihad Swing was written in 2000 at about 3:00 AM after a night of drinking and listening to lame bands. It's even more timely than it was then, which causes us to ask: how could you not see it coming?

Jihad Swing (Hammer Version), which is Track 10 of The Hippo Tumor Mixes, was recorded on a two track stereo in January 2001 about a week later while Pat "the Warden" pounded on some shelves in the gun room with a hammer. It was remixed in December 2005.

See also Jihad Swing #1. The lyrics are slightly different.

Capt'n Lightning: Bass, Vocals
Pat "The Warden": Hammer
SRL: Everything Else.

Oh, who's that knocking at my front door?
It's boys in black and they're dressed for war
Remember all those children in Waco dead?
Because boys in black like to break alot of heads

Chorus:
Oh bang, bang
knocking down my door
bang bang
everyone get on the floor
bang bang
knocking down my door
bang bang
bang bang you're dead!

Who's that knocking at my front door?
It's boys in black and they're playing at war
Better hide those posters, better hide that ink
Cause boys in black don't like the way we think

Chorus

Oh, who's that knocking at my front door?
It's boys in black and they're going to war
Oh smoke that bowl, smoke it all up
Flush that toilet, better hurry it up

Chorus
